The person I am inviting has been asked to type "YES" back to verify his number but it will not deliver. I am very sure it is not his phone or airtime provider. Can anyone please help?
It's good to have you here in the Community space, Rick.
To provide you with more effective assistance, it would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with further details regarding your concern. Can you share what QuickBooks program you sent the invite? Is it in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Workforce?
Moreover, if you can share any screenshots, it would greatly aid our understanding of the situation. Please provide any additional information you think might be relevant, and I'll be happy to provide you with the appropriate guidance.
Thanks for your reply
