Let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to sync your QuickBooks mobile version to the desktop app. The process differs depending on the device you’re using.
For Android devices:
- Click the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner.
- From there, go to the Settings & Help menu to select Refresh Data.
- Choose Yes to confirm.
Then, close and reopen the mobile app to re-establish the connection between the two platforms. Make sure the login credentials are the same in the web version.
