Can we ask what web browser are you using when you log into your Quickbooks account and the home screen is blank?

Getting a blank page might be caused by a browser-related issue. Your browser stores cache every time you visit a website. This way, it will be easy to open the page next time. These caches will do nothing but accumulate and will cause some display problems.
Let's do the basic troubleshooting steps to fix it. To begin, open your company in an incognito or private browser. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
