I have been using quickbooks desktop 2013 for a long time.
However when I tried to load it this week it has come up with error 3371 - Status code 11118.
I have month end procedures to run and was wondering how I fix this and if needs be update the program so this doesn't happen again.

I dont have a copy of the download to reinstall it.

I understand that support has been discontinued but surely as a long-standing customer you can understand that we have over 10 years of accounts in that back up and program. I am happy to move my data to a cloud-based program if necessary, but I need the help to be able to do that.
Contact me in private and we can share the trial version of QB Desktop 2013 or 2014 to access your historical data. Then you can start from scratch in QBO Online to lower your conversion costs.
