Please note that as of the discontinuation of QuickBooks Desktop for UK users in June 2023, we're no longer able to offer support for the product. 

For help, try searching the error and status code on our QuickBooks Desktop Community for existing support articles. 

I dont have a copy of the download to reinstall it.

I understand that support has been discontinued but surely as a long-standing customer you can understand that we have over 10 years of accounts in that back up and program.  I am happy to move my data to a cloud-based program if necessary, but I need the help to be able to do that.

Contact me in private and we can share the trial version of QB Desktop 2013 or 2014 to access your historical data. Then you can start from scratch in QBO Online to lower your conversion costs.
