My subscription is suspended and have no way of seeing options to start subscription again?

Don't worry, joshua. I'll help you reactivate your suspended subscription.

 

When your plan gets suspended, you'll receive an email about this. To reactivate, just update your payment details. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Account and settings.
  2. Select the Billing & subscription tab.
  3. Hit Edit under Payment method.
  4. Enter the complete credit card information and verify that the billing address in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is the same one that appears on your credit card statement.
  5. Lastly, click Save Changes.

 

Please note that only the primary admin can update the payment details. Once the payment is processed, the suspension should be lifted within 24 hours.
