no history my account is empty

You can double-check your Subscriptions and billing to see if your QuickBooks account is still active, Phil.

 

Please note that QuickBooks Online (QBO) keeps your data for one year if your subscription is inactive or canceled. You can renew your subscription within that year to recover full access to your account.

 

If you haven’t used your account for over a year before it was canceled or became inactive, that could be why you cannot see your account history, and it appears empty. However, If you have another active company file, ensure that you are logging into the appropriate account to access your data.
