No one has admin rights. The person who was admin and paying for account is not with us. We missed the admin transfer request. Now account cancelled for nonpayment.

I'll make sure you're able to transfer master admins rights, @Tebza1. This way, you can update your billing information and access your account.

If the primary admin is unavailable to transfer the role to you, it's fine. Even if they’re not around, you can send a request to our account protection team to assign the role to your account.

Here's what to do.

First, gather some documents to verify that you have rightful ownership or access privileges for the account. The business type and ownership determine which documents we need to verify and assign a new primary admin or contact.

You can get the necessary information by clicking this article: Request to be the primary admin or contact. This also includes the form that you need to complete to send your request.

Once done, our account protection team will check your request and send you an update after they complete the review. Be on the lookout for an email from no_response@intuit.com.

As soon as they approve the request, they will let you know that they've transferred the primary admin or contact role to you. All you'll need to do is sign in using the email address you provided us the next time you use QuickBooks.
