You can check your bank 's website. Your account may have messages, notifications, or alerts that needs your attention. Any sign-in issues in the bank's website for any announcements can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
Besides, if you make changes on your bank's website, update your bank info in QuickBooks.
Let me show you how:
- Select the blue tile bank account.
- Click the Pencil icon.

![]()
- Select Edit Sign-in info.

- Update your info.
Then click Update on the Banking section to ensure the bank downloads the latest transactions.
I'll add this article as your reference if you don't see your recently downloaded bank transactions: What to do if bank transactions won't download or there's a bank error. It includes how to manually get the latest transactions from your bank.
Also, may I know the name of your financial institution? So that I can check it further, give you specific and fast fixes right away.
Let me know by leaving a message below or tag me (@Jovychris_A) if you have further questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
