Can i use the eBay connector with a sole trader subscription? When I try to get the app it says it's not supported with this subscription, but I can't find info online.

Please note that the eBay Connector is incompatible with QuickBooks Sole Trader accounts. Users on this plan have encountered limitations when attempting to integrate with eBay, as the integration features are primarily designed for QuickBooks Online plans. This is the reason you are receiving a message indicating that the app is unsupported.

Meanwhile, if you want to enter transactions from eBay, we can do so by manually importing them through a CSV file in QuickBooks Sole Trader. This process allows you to manually transfer your eBay data into QuickBooks without needing a direct integration.

Once the file is ready, kindly follow these steps to upload:

1. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank Transactions.
2. Select the New Transaction dropdown, then select Upload bank statement.

4. In the Account name ▼ dropdown, select the account into which you want to upload the transactions. Then, select Continue.
5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
