I’d like to help and ensure to keep you in working order. Just to clarify we’re on the same page, are you referring to updating your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so, you can follow these steps below:
- Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
- Select your preferred bank account.
- Click the Update button a couple of times to refresh the connection between your bank and QBO.
