Self employed to online

Hi, I ordered the wrong product as I need to integrate with Zettle. I bought self employed but need online. There is no option to upgrade in my account and when I try create an online account it says my email address is already taken - because I’m using it for self employed.

Hi Kinship It's not possible to upgrade from a self employed product to one of the small business products and it's not possible to migrate the data.🙇🏻‍:male_sign: Realistically the only thing you can export/import are the invoices. The self employed product is also email specific which means that you're not able to use the same email address when creating a new product.If you would like to use the same email address for a small buisness account you'll have to first login to accounts.intuit.com using the same credentials that you use to login to your account with, change the email and user ID to an alternative one that you have access to, set up the new small business account with the original email address, export all the data that you need from the self emplyed account and then cancel it. We must make you aware that once you cancel a self employed account you're unable to acccess it unless you resubscribe to it.
