Sub customers 4 levels deep meaning

I would like to know what this means

 

While you can have unlimited sub-customers, parent accounts can only have sub-customers up to four levels deep.

Thats great thanks. Is it possible to hide the customers in the customer list so you can just see the parent company names.

Currently, we're unable to hide customers from the customers list. I understand the benefits of seeing only the parent company names. We encourage you to share your feedback regarding this matter. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
  4. Click Next to submit feedback.
