I want to change my subscription from itunes to direct debit, but it won't accept any my bank account, nor any other card or account
I cancelled my itunes subscription in order to change my payment to direct debit.
I have tried my bank account, my partners to no avail. I then tried to pay by credit or debit card and again, 5 cards later and no success.
I've had innumerate phone calls with yourselves but no one can help me.
It is ridiculous! PLEASE HELP.

To clarify, are you using your mobile app to update the account for your subscription? If so, you'll want to use the regular browser.
