Let’s take a moment to review your spreadsheet, Totalise. One common issue that can prevent all your transactions from uploading into the banking feed is incorrect mapping.
Make sure you’ve selected the correct columns during the mapping stage. QuickBooks won't be able to read the data if the columns don't match. To avoid confusion, delete any unnecessary columns from your CSV file. QuickBooks requires the following columns:
Also, be sure to rename the column headers in your CSV to match QuickBooks' required titles exactly.
If mapping isn’t the issue, double-check the formatting of your data to ensure everything is correct.
Once everything is set and ready, you can manually upload your bank transactions.
