If there are bugs I've come to squish them, @cadzowscents-out.

May I know the specific bank you're having problems with? That information is helpful to me so I can find a timely solution. Also, I recommend reaching out to your bank to determine if there are any maintenance issues. In the meantime let's access your QuickBooks Self Employed account using a private mode. The following are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, connect your bank again:

  1. Click the profile icon and then select Bank accounts.
  2. From the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then hit Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another
  3. Type the sign-in info you use for your bank's website. bankaccount.JPG
  4. When you’re ready, click Connect.

If this works, let's clear the cache of your regular browser. If the same result, you can use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Also, in QBSE you can easily upload transactions manually using CSV file format. Then, once transactions are already in, you'll now need to categorize and match them in QuickBooks.

Let me know how this goes and feel free to post a reply below if you need further help connecting your bank with QBSE. I'm always here to help. Have a good one.
