Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time close the browser down, reload it and try again. Let us know if you still have a problem.

I tried on my Mac and also on my iPhone with no luck?

Thanks for trying that so having had a look more into it that message will be coming from the banking side and not ours so you would need to get in touch with the bank and ask them why they sending that message and double check it is the right information.

It's the same username as I log into my bank with online and on my banking app, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work.

Hi hello-willhazell, can we check which account type you're looking to connect (such as current account, savings, etc) and whether this is a personal or business account?

Relinking bank account. Still not working - cleared cache etc. Once again Quickbooks buggy and still charging. 

Would be great to make sure my account is relinked...

It says to reconfirm consent - and I have and it still says it. 

Side stepping from this I chose to link my account again and it doesn't see my username that I know is correct as valid.

What gives Quickbooks?

Really borred with this and the auomated replies with lack of care.

I understand how frustrating it can be to repeatedly relink your bank account, especially after taking troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache. Let me help you resolve this issue.

 

First, have you checked your bank's website for any ongoing maintenance? QBO may impact the connection of your bank accounts, as it relies on your bank's website for accurate and up-to-date account information.

 

Then, if there's no maintenance ongoing, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Live Support team. They'll be able to review your account on the back end to see why this is happening. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner, then select Search
  2. Please enter your question or concern.
  3. Press the Contact Us button. 
  4. Scroll down and choose Callback or Chat. 

 

In the meantime, we can manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file to keep them up to date.
