You can find the Projects tab in your left-hand navigation menu, Leisa.
Please note that the Projects feature is exclusive to QBO Plus, Advanced, and Accountant versions. If you're using the Simple Start or Essentials plan, you'll have to upgrade your subscription to access this feature.
If you have an eligible subscription and still can't find the tab, the feature may be turned off in your settings, even though it is usually enabled by default. Here's how to turn it on:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
- On the left-side menu, click Advanced.
- Find the Projects section. Then, click Edit.
- Turn on Organise all job-related activity in one place.
- Click Save, then Done.
