The reason you are still charged for the subscription could be because the cancellation may not have gone through, or you still have an active subscription, @tamarapower.

 

I recommend checking your QuickBooks account to confirm whether your subscription has been canceled or is still active. If it is active, that would explain why you are still being charged.

 

If not, I suggest reaching out to our Live support team. They can access your account securely and verify your account status. Additionally, you can ask our phone representative to verify any charges on your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right corner of your QuickBooks Online screen.
  2. Select the Search tab, then click on Contact Us.
  3. In the How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Callback.
  4. Fill in your contact information.
  5. Select Have us call you.
