Why am I Paying a £7.49/month subscription to Google play for my quickbooks account aswel as £6/month via DD??

Hello there, bd. I’m here to help you investigate the source of the charges you’ve noticed.

To begin, do you have multiple companies in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If your QBO subscription is billed through Google Play, this would explain the charges from them. For further assistance and clarification, it's best to contact the Google Play support team directly. They can provide you with detailed explanations and help resolve any billing issues.

On the other hand, if you do not recognise an Intuit or QuickBooks charge, here are two options to check where it originated. The first one is to look up the charge in your billing history:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings  and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. You’ll see all your active subscriptions.

The second is by going to your Intuit account to see your charges:

  1. Visit accounts.intuit.com and log in using your account's credentials.
  2. Select Products & billing
  3. Click the company name to show more details, like the subscription price of each company.
  4. Select View payment history to review the complete payment history for your active subscription.

Please refer to this article for more details: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

If you need more clarity regarding the charges, consider reaching out to our support team. They have the necessary tools to access your account and provide you with detailed explanations: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.
