Most banks that you can sync with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) are on the list more than once. This means, there's a chance you're connecting to a different online bank with the same name.
Let's ensure you're connecting to the correct online bank account. Instead of a search using the bank's name, use its URL or web address instead. This way, you're connecting to a specific account, and not some other accounts with the same name.
