Why wont some payments link to invoicesBut some do

I'm here to help troubleshoot why some payments won't link on your invoices, ruslss.

 

To start, I would like to confirm whether you manually add the payment link to the invoice message. If you choose Plain text as your Online Delivery option, you'll usually add the payment link to the default invoice payments message. If you've selected Online Invoice, the pay button should appear in the e-invoice that you send. Please see the image below for visual reference.

To review the payment link on the invoice message when using plain text, especially if it may have been reset please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Accounts and settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab.
  3. Click on the Messages section.
  4. Review the Sales form and the Email message box.

  5. Ensure that the payment link shows up in the message.
  6. Click Save after, and hit on Done.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. This can help free up space and may improve your device's performance. If the problem continues, consider using a different browser.
