Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community, TRSsolutions.

I'd be glad to provide some additional information that will help fix this open banking issue.

There are certain errors that disrupt the connection between QuickBooks Online and your financial institution. If you happen to encounter one, follow the procedures in this article to be guided in resolving it: Open Banking connection errors.

Alternatively, you can try reconnecting your bank account through an incognito window to further isolate the issue. At times, the stored cache and cookies cause sync issues and snags in the program. Use these shortcut keys:

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If it's working well, you'll have close the private mode and go back to your regular browser. Next, clear its cache to get rid of the accumulated junk files. Switching to other supported web browsers can also help fix the problem.

Additionally, I  encourage posting the name of your bank. This way, we'll be able to check if there are any reported cases.

Finally, here's an article that will guide you in categorizing the downloaded bank transactions: Match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other banking concerns or questions about handling bank transactions. I've got you covered.
