Hi Jaybo-1971 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. As you're using the self employed account there is no way to partially pay an invoice, you're only able to mark it as paid. Also the invoices don't correspond to the amounts on the banking page, they are for your reference only and any amounts received on the marking page will have to be categorised accordingly.
