I know there have been many discounts on this topic but no helpful replies to resolve the issue. After I confirm on my banking app the page gets stuck on this

Unfortunately it's still the same, just a blank page :(
I'm doing this on my phone - in case it makes a difference (hopefully not because I can't remember my banking password :>)
Hello PS441, okay, thank you for trying that, we need to look into this further. Can you confirm the bank and also if you are doing this through the QuickBooks app or through the browser on your phone?
Thank you! I'm doing this from a browser and my bank is Lloyds bank. I get options to select business or personal on quickbooks, I selected personal.

Hello PS441, thanks for the additional details. Okay can we ask you open up a private browsing window on your device and log into QuickBooks and try to connect the Lloyds bank again. Thanks -Emma
I dont remember my password so had to reset it and now have to wait for the letter with the code :pensive_face:
I'll be in touch I do hope it works after all this hassle...
