ive had a issue for over a year now with tsb bank account un linking every couple of days. Quick books seem uncapable of solving this issue.

your team has supposedly, been investigating this for over a year. the investigation has been closed multiple times and reopened after we've complained again. we've requested many phone calls to solve this proplem but generally get ignored. i am currently waiting for a call back because the case has been closed again yesterday and we havent been told anything and still have the issue
