Since Friday 1 September, our bank feed to Co-op has broken with:
There's a problem with this account connection
We’re having trouble getting your bank data. Please try again later. (355)
(We have 5 other bank feeds with 3 other banks, all continue to work as normal.)
I have tried all the suggested fixes such as extending the permission period (did expire 7 September, so 6 days clear, but have extended to December anyway, and I have reauthorised the sign-on info,) Should I try disconnecting and reconnecting?
Spoken to Co-op who state:
“we believe this issue lies with a TPP – Intuit are currently investigating. I will keep you updated.”
What is going on, please? When can I expect a fix?
And finally, why do all the bank feed connectivity issues only affect Co-op business banking? NatWest, PayPal, Barclaycard, never have issues.
No solution, sorry, but just replying in solidarity to say I am having the same problem and it is always with the Co-op. >:(

We have the same issue in Ireland with Bank of Ireland with an error code 355.
One of our accounts are not linking out of a total of four.
I need to tag onto this post as our community for some reason will not accept a new query.
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, Molloys Bakery. I'll be sharing details on why bank error 355 appears on your end. Then, let's perform troubleshooting steps to sort this issue and ensure you have the best connection between your bank and QuickBooks.
The mentioned error above means the bank connection between QuickBooks and your bank isn't working as expected. To fix this, I suggest clicking the Update button on the Banking page. It refreshes the connections between the bank's website and QuickBooks.
Here's how:
This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
If the issue persists, the issue may be on the bank’s end. Their website may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues. To verify this one, you have to sign in to your bank’s website. You may open this article to see steps on how you can perform the process: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Lastly, click this article if you need steps on how you can categorize downloaded entries to avoid duplicate data: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Don't hesitate to post again if you have additional queries about connecting or updating your bank in QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to help, Molloys Bakery. Take care always!
Us too - and it is almost always Co-op!
Not a single update email since requesting to be kept updated as suggested, and still no solution.
Have now raised it as a complaint and urge others to do the same! [email address removed]

We've been stuck with the same 355 issue and haven't been able to sync and VAT quarter end is upon us!
Our co-op bank feed restored on Friday 15/09/23 and has been stable since. Fingers crossed this is the last of it.
