Thank you for reaching out to the Community, @Shane. You can successfully link your bank in QuickBooks through the Link accounts option on the Bank transactions page. I'll show you how to do it in QuickBooks.
- Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
- Under the Bank transactions page, choose the Link accounts option.

- Enter your bank's name (or URL) in the search box. Optionally, you can find it from the list of supported banks located under the search box.

- Click Let's go to proceed, then hit Agree.

- Select Sign in to continue and choose Request.

Once your bank is successfully connected, QuickBooks will retrieve transactions up to a certain date, with 90 days being the typical industry standard.
On the other hand, if you can't find older transactions, it is advisable to upload them manually. Should you encounter difficulties in locating the most current transactions, please follow the steps in this article: What to do if you can't find downloaded transactions in QBO.
Furthermore, I'll share this article with you to help you categorise your transactions: Categorise bank transactions in QuickBooks.
