You can import a list of products and services from an MS Excel file into QuickBooks Online. Our sample file includes fields for the item price/rate and can be downloaded to copy and paste data into (from the Cog, select Import data and then Products and Services).
Once imported, the items can then be selected on estimates/quotations in QuickBooks. Hope this helps!
