QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't download pending transactions. It only pulls in transactions once they're officially posted on your bank's site. Keep in mind that bank feeds can take a little while to refresh. Let's ensure that the payments have been fully processed so they show up in the For Review tab of your Bank transactions screen.
 
Also, the online program reviews your bank information to find matches, rules, and recognised entries. It can identify an invoice as a potential match for a payment if the amounts are equal, the dates are the same, or the sales entry falls within 90 days before or 20 days after the transaction date.
 
There are times when certain entries do not have a match in the current records because of the following:
 
- The amounts or dates don’t match.
- The transaction is older than 6 months.
- The bank account on the payment isn't the same as the bank where the match is located.
- The payment has been reconciled.
- The record is already matched to another transaction. 
- There are multiple currencies involved, and the exchange rate has shifted significantly, making the amounts very different.
 
 
You can utilise the Find other matches feature to manually match transactions in your company. Here's how:
 
- Navigate to the Transactions menu on the left panel and choose Bank transactions.
- Pick the account you're working on.
- In the For review tab, select the entry and tick the Match radio button to open the Find other. matches screen.
- From there, tick the box for the invoice you're working on and click the Match button.
