When I check the 'disconnect this account on save' button and then 'save and close' I get the error message
Hi richard96, thanks for your post - which bank provider are you attempting to disconnect, and do you experience the same error when actioning this on more than one web browser and incognito/private browsing window? 🧐
Unfortunately yes.
I also tried it on the client's PC under her login and it gave the same error message.

Thanks - I'll pick it up next week as it's not urgent. The account has been emptied, I just need to de-link it and inactivate it within QB so it disappears from view!
