Hello there, Lois. Error 381 is due to an expired 90-day open banking consent from Natwest. To resolve this, let's update your sign-in information.
To get started, edit your sign-in details by heading to All Apps > Accounting > Bank Transactions. Just select your bank, click Edit account details, and hit Save.
If the error persists, you’ll have to try disconnecting and reconnecting the bank account to refresh the connection. From that same Bank transactions page, select the bank and click Disconnect account. After you confirm the disconnection, you can simply reconnect it.
Once that's all set, the error will disappear, and your latest transactions will flow right into QuickBooks automatically.
