Coop Bank Feed

Since the coop moved to open banking yesterday the bank feed is not working.  I disconnected the bank feed and reconnected.  It allows me to enter all my information and says that the connection has been successful but then the message is coming up We’re having trouble getting your bank data. Please try again later. (355).

Is this a problem that is being dealt with by quickbooks?

I had the same problem, the work round is:

  1. Don't contact the bank, you will wait longer than an hour to connect and they won't know the solution!
  2. Record date last updated
  3. Click on Bank Feed in Banking.
  4. Edit Bank Details
  5. Click the disconnect on Save
  6. Press Save.
  7. The Bank Feed Will Disappear
  8. Reconnect to Co-operative bank using your normal login and the dongle. Nb. You do not need to use the third party login that they offered to fudge access in the past.
  9. Import transactions from the last update date.
  10. Look at your rules for import. The bank text coming in is totally different so a good chance all your rules wont work.

Hope this helps Jack

Thanks for replying - they've fixed it now so its all working fine.  Didn't want to have to do any manual imports.
