I am still farily new to QBO and am Mac based. I am trying to download bank transactions but nothing happens. QB conntected to the bank without problem but now my already (from last time) selected/ticked accounts are 'greyed' out and so is the green 'connect' button at the bottom. It looks as if I am connected but can only see my accounts but can't touch/connect them. Why is that? Is it a Bank or QB or Mac issue or I am doing something wrong? Last quarter it worked without any trouble. Has anyone else had the same problem and how did you solve it?

Hi GillH,
Greatly appreciated your quick response. Shortly after I posted my thread I came across this :
So I disconnected and reconnected my links to the bank/accounts (simple) AND IT WORKED! Very happy indeed.
Hi jas17,
Thanks for joining our Community.
I'd certainly like to help you with this. Could you confirm for me which of our products you are using? Is it QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self Employed as the views that you mention seem to differ from QuickBooks Online?
Thanks
