Thank you for your response. I have tried a different browser but this didn't help.
These are manually imported transactions from a csv file which is in the correct format. I receive a successful message once I have selected the transactions to import, but when you go to review the transactions to categorise, there are none showing and it says your all up to date.
Use the trial version of csv2qbo converter tool to isolate the problem.

When you import transactions manually via CSV file, be sure to review them in the right account where you've mapped them. Additionally, you have the option to utilize the dates feature to personalize the transaction dates.
