Morning, sorry to hear about your issues. Credit Card feeds often have issues with bank feeds not only with QBO but other accounting software. I regularly convert the statements to data and import them for my bookkeeping clients. At least I know the information is correct. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
Can you please tell me how you convert the statements to Data.

Once you've downloaded the statements from your bank, you'll need to format the CSV file so that it contains 3 or 4 columns. Once formatted, manually upload the transactions by following the steps below:
1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
2. Select Upload transactions.
3. Select Drag and drop or select files and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
I4. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Continue.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
