You can cancel your QBO Simple Start account and open a new blank QBO Essentials or Plus account, then run the bank feeds again. The discounted rate is not applicable when upgrading the plan.

Welcome to the Community page, 

So you can take out a new account on your exciting email address how ever you would not get any discounts applied to the new account and it would just be a case of reconnecting your bank account back up again. However you can also upgrade form within the account you have already by going to the main cog wheel>accounts and settings> billing and subscription and you will see the upgrade option in there this will mean it will take all the current information you have an put it straight into the new upgraded account for you.
