HSBC Bank Statements in PDF?

Hey guys. I've just signed up for the free trial and am having issues with uploading my bank statements. I understand that the file must be CSV but my bank (HSBC) only allow me to download them in PDF format. Does anyone have any insight into this?

Welcome to Community, Skinbad.

You can look for an online .PDF to .CSV file converter. Make sure to check the file converted to ensure all data is accurate before you import the transactions.

Here's how to import:

  1. Select Imports.
  2. Click Import older transactions on the right side of the account you wish to import.
  3. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
  4. Select Import.

Let me know if you have other questions about QuickBooks Self-Employed.
