I'm having problems too.  It doesn't stay linked for long at all, constantly needing reconnection despite it supposedly being for 90 days.

There's no code, just the standard explanation about reconnecting every 90 days. And a link to the page explaining about linking bank accounts.

I want to make sure the Open Banking connection is working correctly in your QuickBooks Online company file.

 

Normally, the consent to a connection last for 90 days. After such time, you'll be invited to  re-authorise the connection in the Banking page in QuickBooks. 

 

If your bank prompts to reconnect again lesser than the standard re-authorisation time, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. Our representatives can check on this and help report the problem to our financial developers.

 

To contact us, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu to open the QB Assistant box.
  2. On the page, enter Contact Support.
  3. Pick Live Chat to connect with our live representative.
  4. Once done, click the Live Chat link provided in the pop-up box.
  5. On the next page, enter VAT then Let's Talk.
  6. Lastly, select Start a chat.

Thank you.  It looks as if it is holding now, after multiple connections. I will reach out should it go back to failing though.
