Hey. I just sign up and paid my subscription, but I cannot seem to be able to connect my bank account to my account?
It's a natwest account.
I do all the confirmations, even in my natwest app, then this appears.
Any idea how to sort this out? I might be doing something wrong.

This error can appear when the bank's mobile app is installed on the same device - if you have this installed, please temporarily uninstall and return to the QuickBooks app to complete the connection, you can then re-install after this. Alternately, please try connecting directly via a web browser on a computer/laptop device if you have this available. :woman_technologist:
