What exactly is happening when you're trying to connect your bank up in Quickbooks?
Yea it goes into NatWest app fine. I ok it and then it loads to a webpage and comes up with authentication failed imput. It happens on phone or laptop in normal or privet

It's apple that is stopping the bank to connect, not Quickbooks, we would suggest seeing if you could borrow a non-apple device so you can get the bank connected up again.

You could try deleting/uninstalling your natwest banking app off the device and then try connecting it up in quickbooks see if that works for you and then reinstalling the natwest banking up again.
