If you have one of our small business products then two merge the 2 bank accounts together, you need to go to the chart of accounts, you then just need to edit the details on one of the accounts to be the exact same as the other account so (detail type, account type, name) then save and it'll ask to merge them together. Once you have done this the two accounts will be no longer and it will just show as one account now.
