I started my business October 2021 do I need to submit a sole trader tax return end of January 2022 or wait till January next year ?

Hi Cammy, you would submit your tax return in 2023, the upcoming deadline is for the tax year which began on 6 April 2020 and ended on 5 April 2021, please refer to HMRC for further guidance.
