Income too high

My income for Sept 2022 says I earned £8650. I can assure you I did not! I downloaded that month from my bank account and used an old fashioned calculator and sure enough, I earned £4255. How do I fix this, why is it happening....and a I going to have to go through all the months, from the beginning of using QB to find out if I have been paying way too much tax because QB is not working properly!?

Our specialists are available from Monday-Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT and on Saturday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT.
