Start by checking your bank's website for any updates or alerts that need your attention. If everything looks good on your end, just hit the Refresh button on the Bank Transactions tab to see the latest transactions in your QuickBooks account.
If the issue persists, it’s a good idea to get in touch with our Live Support team through the Help menu in the upper right corner of your screen. They can take a closer look at what's going on and help you figure out what to do next.
