Alerts on your bank's website might be causing this issue, Adam. I have some steps to rectify this so you can quickly get back to managing your business.
To begin, please sign in to your financial institution's site and check for any new terms of service, maintenance announcements, or other important messages. These alerts might require your acknowledgment before you can proceed.
If the issue persists after addressing these notifications, I recommend contacting our live support team for further investigation. In the meantime, you can continue your business operations by manually uploading any missing transactions using the following steps:
- On the left navigation panel, go to Transactions and then Bank Transactions.
- From the Link account dropdown, click Upload from file.
- Upload the file and then click Continue.
- In the QuickBooks Account dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transactions to and then Continue.
- Match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, and then Continue.
- Tick the transactions you'd like to import and then Continue.
- Hit Yes and then Done.
Please be aware that once the issue is resolved and transactions start flowing in from the connection between PayPal and QuickBooks, you'll need to exclude any transactions you've already imported to prevent duplicates.
