Loading a csv file but press next to load and it remains at next screen?

This sounds like a cache issue - in my experience, try clearing cache and cookies, or using an alternative browser to try this. Failing that; please send us a screenshot of the screen it's occuring on so we can diagnose this a bit more.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
