Bank consent will be withdrawn every 90 days because of the Open Banking standard, @nicolahope-07. Since you can't reconfirm through the Manage consent feature, you can fix the issue by disconnecting and reconnecting your bank.
Before disconnecting your bank, review and categorise any transactions that need to be added to QuickBooks to prevent data loss. Once done, follow the steps below to disconnect your bank:
- Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
- From the New transactions dropdown, select Manage connections.
- For the bank account you want to disconnect, select the icon and choose the Unlink option.
- Select Unlink now to confirm.
You can then reconnect the account to start downloading transactions again.
Although this article is for QuickBooks Online (QBO), the information can also apply to QuickBooks Sole Trader and Self-Employed. I'm including this resource as a reference for more details about managing past consents: How to re-consent your bank feed connection in QuickBooks Online.
I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, please let me know how it goes or if you have any other concerns.
