I'm having problems with CAF bank as well. I get error code 103 and 163. That would indicate it's the bank's problem rather than quickbooks. Maybe ??
I reckon it is because they are an agency bank.

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting and I get an error message. It's annoying because it's month-end.
