I’m here to help you successfully import your bank information, p_colcomb.
To start, have you encountered any error messages while attempting to import your bank data? Knowing this will allow me to check if there are any related to the error you’re experiencing.
Also, ensure that you're using one of the supported file types, such as QBO, QFX, OFX, TXT, or CSV, when importing bank transactions. Please note that the maximum file size allowed is 350 KB. If your file exceeds this limit, you need to shorten the date range and download transactions in smaller batches.
After downloading, review the file to ensure its column headers and data are formatted correctly. QuickBooks can only import CSV files that follow one of two accepted formats: a 3-column or 4-column layout. Here's an article that will guide you in correctly formatting CSV files.
Once you've addressed the formatting, you can manually upload your bank transactions. For detailed, step-by-step guidance, please refer to this article: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If you have further questions about managing bank transactions, feel free to reply here. I’m happy to help.
